Achievement Bute are a volunteer led and inclusive family centered support organisation who organise a range of accessible activities and services for children and teenagers. Argyll and the Isles Coast and Countryside Trust (ACT)

We have provided a grant to ACT to establish an outdoor ‘Branching Out’ social support programme on Islay with Dunlossit Estate. This programme will help vulnerable people to experience nature within a group setting and make social important connections to improve quality of life. Buttle UK

We have provided a grant towards the work of Buttle UK who improve the life chances of the most vulnerable children in our society who are affected by poverty and family circumstance. Cowal Elderly Befrienders

We have provided a grant to support the work of Cowal Elderly Befrienders who deliver a range of befriending and support services to older people across the Cowal and Bute region, helping to improve lives and reduce isolation. More information can be found at www.cowalbefrienders.co.uk

Dochas Fund

We have provided a grant to Dochas Fund over the next three years that will improve the lives of unpaid carers on Islay through a range of social activities , practical support and counselling services. Dochas Fund works across the mid-Argyll area and the Isles to improve the lives of all unpaid carers who face particular problems due to the rural and remote aspects of the region. Family Mediation Argyll & Bute

Glasgow Centre for Inclusive Living

We have provided a grant to the Glasgow Centre for Inclusive Living, an organisation run by and for disabled people, addressing the barriers that disable people, not impairments. Includem

We have provided a grant to Includem who work with vulnerable young people from Glasgow and across Scotland to help transform lives. Includem provide intensive, bespoke support and their model is based upon building solid relationships of trust to help young people make positive life choices and progress towards a successful future. Mid Argyll Youth Development Services (MAYD’S)

We have provided a grant to MAYDS, supporting their work to develop services for young people on Islay alongside local partners. MAYD’s provide expertise as well as a wide range of educational and recreational opportunities alongside support services across Mid Argyll for children and young people. Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance

We have provided a grant over the next 5 years to support Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance who are an integral part of Scotland’s frontline emergency network. The country's charity-funded helicopter air ambulances are a regular sight on Islay, delivering expert paramedic care to the scene of serious illness or accident and airlifting patients rapidly to mainland hospital care. Scottish Families (Affected by Alcohol and Drugs)

We have provided a grant to Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol and Drugs who offer support to anyone concerned about someone else’s alcohol or drug use in Scotland. They give information and advice as well as a range of other services to helps people recognise and understand the importance of looking after themselves. Shopper Aide

We have provided a grant to Shopper Aide who work throughout the Kintyre region with older people to prevent isolation, primarily through the provision of volunteer-based shopping and home support services. Youth Impact Campbeltown

We have provided a grant for equipment and improvements to Youth Impact Campbeltown, a new centre offering a safe space for young people to socialise and develop as members of their local community. Wider activities include trips and outings, education, employment and housing support, one to one services, counselling and social groups for young parents.
